The salat servers is made of carbonized ash which adds the dark color that is iconic for the Yami series.
The salad servers have a hole I each piece for juice. Use the set for your side dish or the salads.
It is a good idea to add oil to the set before use, to give the salad servers the best start and protect the wood.
We recommend that you wash the set by hand and do not use dish washer.
